1. Introduction

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) is to define the terms of provision of the Site and the conditions of use of the Service by the User, as defined below.

Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs which define the relationship between Users of the Service and SERIDERM. The information contained in the Site is not contractual.

The User expressly acknowledges having read these T&Cs and undertakes to respect them in their entirety, without modifying them. He acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access and use the Site.

The User thus acknowledges using this information under his sole and exclusive responsibility.

The consultation of this Site implies implicit acceptance by the User and without reservation of these conditions of use.

2. Purpose of the Service

The Service allows the User using the sections ā€œJOIN USā€, ā€œCONTACT USā€, ā€œREGISTRATIONā€, ā€œSUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTERā€ present on the Site:

Either to submit an application;

Either to make a contact request;

Either to be redirected to the site of a Centre to make an appointment;

Either to register for an event such as, without this list being exhaustive, colloquium, meeting, webinar, web conference, organized by SERIDERM or likely to be organized in partnership with the latter,

Or to register in order to subscribe to the SERIDERM Newsletter, without this list being

exhaustive, its news as well as the latest innovations made by SERIDERM or likely to be made in partnership with the latter.

The Service is accessible only to Users, in accordance with the procedure set up on the Site. Use of the Service is personal and non-transferable.

The Service fulfils only a role of technical intermediary. It cannot under any circumstances, without this list being exhaustive, be considered as an online medical consultation site, nor a system for treating medical emergencies, nor a site for making appointments with a Centre; all the Centres have their own website to make an appointment with a healthcare professional practicing in a Centre.

The data stored within the framework of the Service concerning the User are those which have been exclusively entered by the User.

SERIDERM reserves the right to modify as of right at any time, without notice or compensation, the various features present on the Site.

3. Protection of personal data

1. Collection of personal information

The use of the Service, offered by the Site, necessarily implies that the User gives his personal references, as listed below (ā€œPersonal Dataā€).

The User is informed and uses the Site freely.

The User undertakes to only communicate and enter on the Site truthful, sincere, regular and faithful Personal Data on his contact details and on his information.

SERIDERM, which operates the Site, undertakes, in its capacity as Data Controller, to comply with French and European legislation on the protection of personal data. The Personal Data collected is subject to computer processing intended for the purposes of implementing the Service offered by the Site. As such, the User is informed that the Personal Data collected is essential to SERIDERM, which operates the Site, as well as to its Partner, to process and perform the Service, and are indicated on the pages of the Site.

The User is advised that, without this Personal Data concerning him or if this Personal Data is incomplete or erroneous, the use of the Service is made impossible. This Personal Data is qualified as mandatory in the form.

The other information requested, the answers to which are optional, is intended to get to know the User better in order to improve the Service offered.

The User’s Personal Data are:

  • In the context of submitting an application: surname, first name, telephone, email address, as well as all the information appearing in the attached curriculum vitae.
  • As part of a contact: surname, first name and e-mail address.
  • As part of registration for an event such as, without this list being exhaustive, symposium, meeting, webinar, web conference, organised by SERIDERM or likely to be organized in partnership with the latter: surname, first name, email address and occupation.
  • As part of a registration to receive the SERIDERM Newsletter: surname, first name, email address.

    The User is informed that their e-mail address may also be used for the purposes of satisfaction surveys, and for communication actions (such as the sending of questionnaires. The User is also informed that the data concerning them may be used as part of totally and irreversibly anonymous data aggregates for statistical and research purposes.
2. Computing and Freedoms

SERIDERM undertakes to comply with law number 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms with regard to data collected and stored from Users and with the regulation (EU ) nĀ°2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

Whenever SERIDERM processes Personal Data, it takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data with regard to the purposes for which SERIDERM processes them.

In accordance with the European regulations in force, the Users of the Site have the following rights:

In the context of submitting an application: surname, first name, telephone, email address, as well as all the information appearing in the attached curriculum vitae.

  • right of access and rectification, query, update, completeness of User data;
  • right to erasure (ā€œright to be forgottenā€) of Usersā€™ Personal Data, if:

ā€“ They are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed

ā€“ Consent with regard to processing subject to consent (e.g. commercial prospecting)

ā€“ Valid to processing

  • right to withdraw consent at any time
  • right to limit the processing of Users’ Personal Data
  • right to oppose the processing of Users’ Personal Data
  • right to the portability of Personal Data that Users have provided, when this data is subject to automated processing based on their consent or on a contract
  • right to define the fate of the Personal Data of Users after their death and to choose to whom SERIDERM will have to communicate (or not) its data to a third party that it will have previously designated.

In accordance with articles 38 to 40 of law number 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, and articles 14 to 21 of the GDPR, the User has the possibility of accessing , to rectify, modify, complete, update, oppose and delete the Personal Data concerning him.

To exercise these rights, or to find out how SERIDERM uses their Personal Data, the User is invited to send an e-mail to the following address: contact@seridermgroup.com. He can also write to the following postal address: SERIDERM

In this case, the User must clearly specify his request relating to the exercise of the rights available to him, by identifying himself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).

Requests for the deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on SERIDERM by the applicable law or regulation, in particular with regard to the conservation or archiving of documents but also in matters of evidence.

In the event of rectification, modification, addition, update, opposition and deletion requested by the User, SERIDERM, in its capacity as Data Controller, will inform the third-party recipients and its subcontractor having had access to the User’s Personal Data so that they take into account the exercise of these rights.

Finally, SERIDERM Users can file a complaint with the supervisory authorities, and in particular the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes) and also have a right of judicial recourse before the competent courts.

3. Transmission of personal data

The User is informed that their Personal Data will be transferred to the Partner. This data will then be transmitted to SERIDERM which centralises all the data.

Unless otherwise specified by the User, their e-mail address may be transmitted to SERIDERM, as well as to the Partner, who may use it for external communication and information purposes on subjects related to the activity of SERIDERM. SERIDERM and its Partner keep the user’s email address for five (5) years from the last communication of their email address by the User (at the end of this period, the data is archived for 15 years in equivalent safety conditions).

The User is informed that his Personal Data will be kept by SERIDERM and by the Partner for five (5) years from the last intervention by the User (at the end of this period, the data is archived for 15 years under equivalent safety conditions).

These databases can be consulted by their staff and by persons authorized to use these databases. SERIDERM and the Partner vouch for strict compliance with the confidentiality and related regulations of the data transmitted by the members of their staff having access to it.

Naturally, the User may exercise his right to object to the use of his Personal Data.

With regard to electronic identification data (IP addresses), they are kept by SERIDERM for a period of six (6) months from their collection, then are made anonymous.

More specifically, concerning the data collected as part of the application, if the User does not request the destruction of his file, the data will be automatically destroyed two (2) years after the last contact.

4. Obligations of the User

1. Protection of minors

Minors can only register with the agreement of the persons holding parental authority over the said minor. The use of the Service also remains under the full responsibility of the persons holding parental authority over the said minor.

2. User commitments

The User agrees to comply with the T&Cs. He must comply with the information monitoring process or processes appearing on the Site in order to benefit from the defined Service. He undertakes to intervene on the Site only if he is looking for the Service(s) listed in Article 2.

The User guarantees that the use of the Service(s) corresponds to a real need and undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete Personal Data on the form.

He is prohibited from entering false or inaccurate information on the Site or even information that is not personal to him without having been expressly authorized to do so by the person he represents, from including on the Site any information contrary to the regulations in force. , to create links with other sites without prior authorization from SERIDERM, to carry on the Site information that may directly or indirectly be linked or linked to other sites or systems and in particular on which data appear contrary to the regulations in force. force and particularly those aimed at protecting minors.

Each User must behave at all times with respect and honesty.

The User is solely responsible for the messages he sends to SERIDERM within the framework of the Service or the messaging service.

The User undertakes not to defame, insult, harass or threaten anyone, nor to violate the rights of third parties.

In general, the User guarantees SERIDERM against all claims, compensation, remedies and actions that may be brought or claimed by a Professional or a third party injured by the transmission of these messages and/or the use of the Service.

In the event of breach of these obligations, SERIDERM reserves the right to deny the User total or partial access to the Service under the conditions of the Article below.

5. Liability and guarantees regarding the use of the Site and the Service

Without prejudice to the possibilities of interruption and/or suspension provided for in Sections 4.2 and 4.3 below, SERIDERM undertakes to take all measures of an optimal nature and according to the state of the art to remedy as quickly as possible any interruption, suspension or difficulty in connecting the system and will take all necessary measures to ensure that such malfunctions do not recur.

1. Limitation of liability of SERIDERM

The User is informed that the Site is accessible twenty-four (24) hours out of twenty-four (24) and seven (7) days out of seven (7), with the exception of cases of force majeure, as defined by article 1218 of the Civil Code.

The User is solely responsible for his consultation of the Site.

Users declare that they know the characteristics and limits of telecommunications and electronic communication networks, including the Internet network (hereinafter referred to as the “Networks”), as well as its technical performance and the response times inherent in this network for view, query or transfer the information. SERIDERM cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for suspensions, interruptions, breakdowns and connection difficulties resulting from a malfunction of the Networks which are not under its control.

Users declare that they know that the suppliers of the hardware, software and telecommunications infrastructure used in these areas do not under any circumstances offer an absolute guarantee of the proper functioning of their products or services. Consequently, SERIDERM cannot be held responsible for difficulties in connecting to the Site and the Service attributable to the infrastructures or technologies developed by third parties.

SERIDERM cannot be held responsible for:


ā€“ anomalies, errors or bugs in the information, Service, software provided on the Site;

ā€“ a lack of availability of information, accuracy, updates;

ā€“ the presence of viruses on its Internet portal;

ā€“ damage resulting from the consultation and/or use or, where applicable, the impossibility of using the Service;

ā€“ damage or loss suffered by the Userā€™s computer



The responsibility of SERIDERM can in no case be engaged for any damage, direct or indirect, material or immaterial, foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting in particular from the consultation and/or the use or the total or partial impossibility of use the Service provided on the Site or other websites linked to it and any applications for download.

The User is informed that the compatibility of the Site with a particular hardware or configuration is not guaranteed. Connecting to the Site, downloading or obtaining, in any way whatsoever, materials while using the Service, are at the Users’ own risk.

SERIDERM cannot be held liable for damage or loss suffered by the User’s computer.

SERIDERM does not provide Users with any implicit guarantee that does not result expressly from these T&Cs.

Users undertake to communicate to SERIDERM any omission or error or information relating to malfunctions that they encounter in the use of the Service on the Site at the following email address: contact@seridermgroup.com.

2. Interruption and/or suspension of the Service

SERIDERM reserves the right, when it wishes, to temporarily interrupt the Site, without notice or compensation, to carry out repairs, modifications, adaptations or improvements to the Service. In this case, SERIDERM undertakes to interrupt the Service only for the time strictly necessary to carry out these operations.

SERIDERM may also suspend the availability of the Service at the request of a judicial authority or at the request of a person justifying a legitimate interest.

Suspension of access to the Service

The User acknowledges that SERIDERM has the right to suspend access to the Service, in particular when SERIDERM has serious reason to believe that the User has violated or acted in contradiction with the letter or the spirit of these T&Cs, in particular when the Data The User’s personal information proves to be inaccurate, SERIDERM may suspend access to the Service for a period of one year from the date on which it becomes aware of the said violation or contradiction. In the above-mentioned cases, SERIDERM will inform the User by email of this suspension and the reasons for this suspension. SERIDERM will also indicate the expiry date of this suspension.

3. Securing the Site

SERIDERM makes every effort to offer the User a secure Site, in particular in terms of the absence of viruses on its Site. However, it is up to the User to protect his hardware or computer network by installing an anti-virus which will be regularly updated by the User. SERIDERM cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any virus intrusion into the User’s computer equipment, nor for any direct or indirect damage that may result therefrom.

The Site implements organizational, technical, software and physical measures to secure personal data against alterations, destruction and unauthorized access.

However, the Site cannot guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of information on the Internet.
